Our Policies

Please familiarise yourself with the policies we have in place at Image London salons in Bermondsey & Streatham below. Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.


All our services are non-refundable. On the rare occasion that a client isn't satisfied, we advise that you contact us within two weeks and we will rectify the issue in the salon.

Cancellation Policy

If you can no longer make your appointment, you must contact us 48 hours prior to your service. If not, a 30% fee will be charged in case of no-show. Our cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our team members’ columns filled. 

Patch Testing

Skin tests must be carried out at least 48 hours in advance for any appointments involving hair colour. This is in order to prevent any adverse reactions to the chemicals and ingredients. You do not need an appointment for our skin test which takes a few seconds and is applied discreetly behind your ear with a cotton wool bud. Should you experience any discomfort, tingling or reaction, clean the skin gently with warm water & inform us as soon as possible.

*Services that require a patch test include: lash lift / brow lamination / eyebrow and eyelash tint / all hair colour services.
